High-speed pill dispenser

The McKesson AccuMed is a pharmaceutical pill dispenser that provides high-speed, precision counting of prescription drug capsules and tablets. Using McKesson’s core pill counting technology, Daedalus provided full design and engineering services to create a system with smaller footprint and greatly increased capacity. In addition to the size and capacity improvements, Daedalus also added several innovations to the product such as the patented flex gate to control the flow of pills and a drawer interlock system to upgrade security. Contemporary styling with customizable color configurations appealed to new and upgrading customers.
